everyone that wants to arrange a party, or want to meet some people for a soccermatch, volleyball or a barbecue has to make alot of phone calls. the more people you're trying to contact the higher is your stress level.
the xplaner's aim is to help you. just register to use this great free tool. the only compulsary info we need from you is your name and your email-address. if you don't want this - bad luck. then you can send your emails, send excel-sheets back and forth and do all those bothoring phonecalls. half the people isn't rechable anyway.
here the main prinziple:
- the organizer registeres himself with us or is already registered.
- enters party/event details (where, when why,...)
- the organizer enters a short email-text and the email-addresses of the people he wants to invite.
- an email with the text and a direct link to the guestlist is send to all those adresses in the list
- the guest can now login to the party and see when this event is happening where.
- besides this they can also see who else is comming, who rejected or accepted the invatation and what or who the others are bringing.
- you can now depend on this info what you will be bringing (eg. if there are already many women, leave your girlfriend at home)
- every guest can now enter if he is comming and whom or what he is bringing
the organizer can login anytime and see who brings whom/what and who has rejected or accepted. your planning is perfect.
