acording to the clauses of the "bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (bdsg)", the "teledienstegesetzes (tdg)" and the "mediendienstestaatsvertrages (mdstv)" for enterprisess under private law.
logging
our webserver is logging access relevant data with every request. depending on the request different data of the following is being logged:
ip-address of the requesting pc
date and time of the request
type of request
submitted data (filenames, formdata)
status of webserver (file transmitted, file not found, invalid command, etc.)
file requested
refering url or url that initiated the current function
handling of logged daten
we use the logs to trace unauthorized access. we do not do personal analysis. we reserve the right to do statistical analysis, to expand or optimize our service (eg. with the number of pageviews on a certain page). these analyses are confidential and anonymusly done and exclusive by employees of xenicon ohg.
active componentents
we do not make use of java-applets or active-x-controls. cookies (small files with configurations stored on the users pc) are used exclusivly for faster access and navigation on our site. they are not used for personal acquisitions. technically we cannot use cookies to spy on your harddrive or breach your privacy. cookies are only stored for the duration of your visit and are deleted after that. our portal is also functioning without cookies. you can configure your browser to not accept cookies or to promt you as soon as it receives a cookie.
e-mail-security
your name email-address and all other information, that you send to our information address emiertschink@xenicon.com are exclusively used for our cerrespondence with you. we use this data confidencial and do not pass it on to any third person.
